    We produce most of the vegetables that we use to cook in our natural eco-garden, where you can participate and take part in the collecting and working process.

    100% handmade meat supplied by farmhouses, raised with love in the meadows and mountains of these beautiful valleys.

    In our menu you will find all of these products and fish.

    The roast (farmhouse chicken, lamb…) seasonal hunting (dove, woodcock… under reservation) it’s important to us that you can taste this products fresh grilled or cooked.
